TOPIC:
The conference addresses the increasing complexity of customer 
communications in financial services: What is new in information 
visualisation, charting, and diagrams? How can information design 
help represent and explain risk? What are the design challenges in 
delivering customer information to mobile devices and interactive 
home TV systems? Why, when, and how should usability testing be 
incorporated into the design process?
