It seems to me that the problem here isn't directly one of 
classification, but one of granularity.

In other words, your episodes need to be broken down (most likely) to 
'scenes', which can contain 'character occurrences'. Each 'character 
occurrence' can then be classified easily by the character (optionally, 
played by which actor), and also optionally by their state of undress.

Then, you should be perfectly able to find "all episodes which contain a 
scene that has a character in leather pants". Or, if you like, you can 
skip the 'scene' granularity (although I think it would be useful for 
your scenario) and have all character occurrences associated directly with
their respective episodes.

It would also let you search for "that episode that has a character 
occurrence of Evil Bob in leather pants and an occurrence of That Midget 
Guy in slinky nightwear".
