Yes, but usually, you customize by picking facets/topics. In Bob's page,
you can, after having picked topics, re-order them. The effect is that
the breadcrumb that shows up on the page changes - but the list of
results stays the same. This is  different from Facetmap or other
interfaces I've seen. So that is still my question - what was the
thinking behind letting users re-order facets after choosing them?
