Do you mean something like Mark Pilgrim did with Dive Into Accessibility,
where he organized things so people can browse by persona, disability,
design principle, web browser, or publishing tool?  For example, personas:

	http://diveintoaccessibility.org/by_person.html

He did that by hand, but here he discusses XFML and facet-based
navigation:

	http://diveintomark.org/archives/2002/12/03/this_is_xf

Unfortunately, the links there to facetmap.com bring up an error so you
can't see how his XFML works.
