Melvin An excellent start with an elegantly simple tool! I wish I had found the tool when I was prototyping classifications for my own organization. I may still use it! My only thought is that you may wish to go deeper by using subcategories, e.g., within Obstetric Nursing you may wish to include premature birth, normal birth, pathological, etc. (whatever the appropriate jargon would be); Content Types might additionally include on-line, library, etc. The tool apparently allows this.
