colon classification in electronic format?

I just recently joined the group as a result of research into 
classification systems.  I ran across Ranganathan and the Colon 
Classification systems while researching classification systems for 
a software product that my company is developing.

I was impressed by the power, compactness and the flexibility of the 
colon classification system as compared to the Library of Congress 
or the Dewey Decimal systems.  

We are developing technology to classify the contents of web sites 
for individual users.  As a result we have been looking to purchase 
a complete classification heirarchy in .xml or any other database 
format.  I can purchase LCCS or DDS in database format.  But I'd 
rather use a complete faceted classification systems than try to use 
those large databases that have limitations.

So, my question is: Is there a complete faceted classification 
system available in database format?  

It may be the Colon system or some other complete system.  I have 
looked at the .xfml stuff, but don't see a complete heirarchy.

Please let me know.
