There are not. Someone (IIRC it was Leonard Will) recently suggested
to make BC2 publicly available on the Net, and I fully agree with this
suggestion. Seeing CC schedules on the Net looks even more unlikely;
recently I have put an outline of it at http://www.iskoi.org/doc/colon.htm .
However, a general faceted classification fully published on the Net,
thanks to Aida Slavic's work, is the Broad System of Ordering, based
on a structure partially similar to BC2 (they are both by CRG people):

They are completely different schemes, as BC1 was an enumerative 
classification
published in the 1940s by Henry Evelyn Bliss, while BC2 is a fully faceted
classification created by members of the CRG starting from the 1970s,
after Bliss's death. Of BC1 they mainly kept the order of main classes
(which was one of the best features of BC1) and notation. The best source
on this is probably BC2 Introduction itself (J. Mills and Vanda Broughton
editors, Butterworths, London, 1977).

Structurally, CC and BC2 are more similar than BC1, as they are faceted,
although they look very different at a first glance. I would say that the
main differences are in fundamental categories, which are 5 ("PMEST")
in CC and more than 10 in BC2, and in notation, which is expressive and
quite complex in CC, while it much simpler and non-expressive in BC2.
In a digital environment, an expressive notation is much more useful,
and this is probably the main drawback of BC2, which otherwise is the
most modern general FC available. This point is discussed in a paper
presented by Slavic & Cordeiro at the 8th ISKO conference,
suggesting UDC as a good alternative:
