I believe that you are based in Europe now, but I wonder if you'd be able to
think about UPA next year? We have proposed a follow-up workshop for UPA in
Portland, Oregon (June 8-12 2008 - the workshop would be on 8th or 9th if
accepted).

In the longer term, I have had some interest from my publisher in a
contributed (chapter) book, but I'm waiting to find out if I get enough
ongoing interest from the community to get sufficient contributions.
