We have issued the 1st call extension for the IADIS Visual Communication
2010: Creative Industries, Photography and Culture conference with a
submission date of 24 May 2010. This new call date is independent of already
submitted papers and do not clash with the notification date already given
for these papers that are being reviewed.

We would like to request that you disseminate the conference call, that you
can find below in this email, through colleagues, other researchers,
students and interested people, and also through mailing lists, conference
calendars, institutional pages, etc. This is really crucial to attract more
submissions.

Thank you for any efforts put into this task.

* Conference background and goals
The IADIS Visual Communication (VC) 2010 conference aims to address the main
issues on Visual Communication, Photography and Technology.

* Format of the Conference
The conference will comprise of invited talks and oral presentations. The
proceedings of the conference will be published in the form of a book and
CD-ROM with ISBN, and will be available also in the IADIS Digital Library
(accessible on-line).

* Best Papers
Selected authors of best papers will be invited to submit extended versions
of their papers to selected journals (i.e. IADIS International Journal on
Computer Science and Information Systems - ISSN: 1646-3692) including
journals from INDERSCIENCE Publishers.

* Types of submissions
Full and Short Papers, Reflection Papers, Posters/Demonstrations, Tutorials,
Panels and Doctoral Consortium. All submissions are subject to a blind
refereeing process.

* Topics related to Visual Communication: Creative Industries, Photography
