Streaming? Or just download and view? What server access do you have?  =

What download capabilities do you have? Are you running this through a  =

service provider or hosting it yourself? Do you need HD, SD, will the  =

files contain video'd action or animations?

There is no reason that mp4 should not run on your Windows computer.  =

Of course you will need to install the software to run it, but then  =

that is the case for any file you hope to open on any computer. That  =

you cannot play them is probably a limitation of your PC not the format.
