Fully Funded PhD Position in User-Generated Content

The Informatics Institute at the University of Amsterdam is actively
expanding its research into user-generated content (such as weblogs, wikis
and other highly dynamic subjective content)and is looking for a versatile,
highly motivated PhD candidate who is interested in information retrieval
and text mining.

The successful candidate will build on the Institute's ongoing research in
blog retrieval and text mining for blogs and Wikipedia (as demonstrated at
e.g., moodviews.com and verkiezingskijker.nl), and help define and execute
an exciting new research agenda.
