Peircers,

I just now realized that some of Umberto Eco's points in the paper
to which Gary drew our attention are related to some of the issues
entangled in the reading of Peirce's New Elements (Kaina Stoicheia).

Being presently distracted, it may take a while to develop the connections,
but I thought it would be a good idea to make a note of the fact for later.
