BiCon ver. 0.0.20040505 released

The second alpha version of BiCon is released.

BiCon is a bidirectional console - enabling bidirectional input and
output, which is needed for Arabic and Persian.

As great efforts were done in code revision, expect a more smooth install=
ation
with better compatibility in various distros. Various bugs were also squa=
shed,
resulting in better functionality (hopefully) both in the console and und=
er X.

While this version is not a production quality release, the main
functionality is fully functional.
Please test it as much as you can.
