Salam,

The elections for the Core 2004 ended up on Oct. 28, 2004 at 2359 UTC.
Unfortunately, only two individuals ran for Core seats. The results are
as follows:

10 votes    Nadim Shaikli
10 votes    Mohammed Elzubeir

Arabeyes.org would like to extensively thank Youcef Rabah Rahal and
Anmar Oueja for their past contributions as 'core' members - you will
most certainly be missed and your seats will be very empty at our
meetings and disucssions.  They have set the bar very high for those
that are to follow.

Arabeyes will augment its 'core' team to an odd number per the
procedures outlined in its Handbook [1] (via 'core' draft) as soon as
some much discussed 'core' "restructuring" is completed.

With the elections over, let us move on to what we are here to do.
