  For Beta2, I do not think that is necessary to build a debian package
for it because I'm going to propose the final version  after few weeks
(perhaps the month 11/november) but if you want to do, you are free :)
  For hunspell 1.1.5, this version gives the support for the
tashkil/harakats (It's unaware of harakates in the words تجاهل الحركات
في الكلمة), but there is a serious bug: it give wrong suggestions for
the bad word but it is fixed in the latest version: hunspell 1.1.12
(http://hunspell.sourceforge.net/) I think that is the best version
for arabic.
