Does someone now, how to configure squirellmail to send mail in UTF-8?

Hello,

Whenever I write a farsi/Arabic Mail in Squirelmail, it code the mail in
iso-8859-1 and not utf-8, and I see only something like &#1234; ...

Do you know, how to change thid?

The iranien government is blocking again GMail and others and me iranien
friends need my Webmail server urgently!
