The problem with Tekes is that they finance businesses and research units in
universities, and would probably not finance associations. However, while we
could not get the financing directly, perhaps we could get something done by
cooperation with some university projects.

Also, localisation would involve collaboration with companies, which is one
requirement. It would also develop the local know-how in a potential
technological growth area, open source, for services.

These seem a bit far-feched.

Good question. People might have some time to spare during the yule period, so
perhaps we could get something done.
