Hi Mikey, I don't really know enough win32. Does it matter if it's done using cygwin or visual studio? I think it does. Actually for another project I need to make a visual studio fribidi.dll too, so I can release it if I build. The problem is that 0.10.4 is two years old and I need newer fribidi for my other project, but since that newer thing is not released yet, I can give 0.10.4 a try. I don't expect it to be hard, I will try tomorrow and will put it on the fribidi.org page and send you a note to test it.
