New GNU FriBidi release 0.10.7

Hi,

I rolled a new release 0.10.7 (I messed with CVS tag, so skipped
0.10.6).  It mainly fixes the bug introduced with 0.10.5, which
is FriBidi doesn't compile if stdint.h is not available.  I
rolled back to not using stdint.h at all, but it should work on
64-bit systems still.  Please test.

Most of the other changes are autofoo changes ported back from
fribidi2 tree, and a bunch of consts added, none of them in
public API.
