Another app using FriBidi

I released today HebrewService 1.1, Mac OS X system service that use 
FriBidi to convert visual Hebrew (iso8859-8) to logical order. This is 
kind of a hack, I know FriBidi does not officially support this, but 
practically it works great.

Thanks to all the people who contributed to FriBidi.
