Hebrew diacritics in incorrect positions

Hi,

When I pass this text to fribidi:

זָקֵף גָּד֕וֹל

I get all the diacritics in incorrect positions.

Is there a way to extract the correct positions of the characters, 
without having to use a glyph-based shaping engine?
