Unicode 6.3 support

I have solved all known issues with the Unicode 6.3 support and done some
other cleanup. The code now correctly passes all of the tests
ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/BidiTest.txt as well as the
ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/BidiMirroring.txt .

Please test this version and let us know of any problems asap.
