[openi18n-im:01398] Reminder on Feature Freeze [was: Re: r12.4 and r12.2.1 Schedule]

A reminder that this is the chance to propose your wishlist and tasks that you 
are interested on implementing in r12.4.

The due date is 27th May this Friday and hopefully we are okay to finish the 
discussion before this due date.
