The development trunk will branch to r12_4 for development freeze at 9pm 
AEST / 7pm JST/CST tonight.

After the freeze, all the changes in trunk/ *will not be included* in the 
r12.4 release. All of the bugs that found by testers should submit to 
Bugzilla (http://www.openi18n.org/bugzilla/) for approval first - To avoid 
regressions, not all fixes (unless it is high severity or blocking the 
release) can go into r12.4.

Contributors, after approval in bugzilla, any fix for r12.4 release should 
commit to branches/r12_4. Just like the last release, if you want to fix the 
defect on the next version, you have to commit it in trunk/ as well.
