I create the bug as an enhancement because different locale have
different way of activating IM. For example, ja and ko prefer Shift
+SPACE while zh prefer Ctrl+SPACE. Hence, I was wondering if it is
possible to provide the additional flexibility. Please dont be mistaken,
there is nothing wrong with the current design, I think it is great that
users can change it in the GIMLET now.

There are two issues I observed. 
Firstly, I was referring more toward Cycle LE Switch/Cycle LE Switch
(reserved) Ctrl+Shift greater/lesser. I thought it would be useful for
me if I could change it to arrow keys as I am using a laptop. :-)
Secondly, IMHO if the options such as Cycle LE Switch/Cycle is not
editable, I think we should omit it in the display. If it is to be serve
as a guidance, they should go into help or README.
