Can you gather the detail on this?
Such as which language engine this person use, when clicking a link 
or back arrow(what exactly does this mean by the way? pressing back 
arrow key?), is IM is turned on?

I have same environment and I have not encountered the situation 
like this, so there should be some conditions to reproduce.
