[openi18n-im:01135] Progress of hotkey implementation

Hi,

I've been tracking the progress of the new hotkey stuff, and I look 
forward to using some of the new APIs when they are available. ;)

One thing, though; is there a reason for xiiimp.so to disable the 
automatic hotkey handling by libiiimcf?  Because right now (revision 
2069), even trigger keys don't work with xiiimp.so/htt_xbe. :(  Pressing 
the default Ctrl-Space does nothing.

When I commented out the code in iiimcfFun.c, everything seems to work fine.
