For gimlet I planning to concentrate mainly on UI cleanup and
fixes for the coming release.  In particular I'm proposing to do
the following:

- fix gimlet LE list initialization and updating
- configuration integration and cleanup
- change default LE of appls to follow gimlet selection
- move applet to notification area (systray)
   - if we're going to support iiimqcf too, we should probably change name
     (could be iiimf-im-switcher-applet or imswap for short??)
- improve useability for European users
- server-unavailable notification (if time)

I can imagine Tajima san and others may have other ideas
and things they plan to work on for 12.2: hopefully we can also
work together on some of them and the above.  Let's discuss more
details here. :)
