I think this can be an option by distributors.  If you think the
stability of IIIMF and LEs is good enough, you can disregard
iiimd.  I myself think that the current stability is evolving,
so I want iiimd or some kind of restart mechanism.

I think my definition of daemon is wider than yours.  But I also
think that iiimd is better to have a switch which enables or
disables detaching the control terminal.  The default behavior
can be the daemon of yours.
