OK.  I'd like to change my proposal:

/usr/lib/im/htt                -> /usr/lib/iiim/iiimd-watchdog
/usr/lib/im/htt_server         -> /usr/bin/iiimd

iiimd-watchdog is optional, and used only in init.d script.  It
is expected to be phased out in the future.

We also need to make iiimd to be daemon by default, and add an
switch to run in foreground.  I assume this can be done in a
separate project, possibly for r12.3 or later.
