We have Ervin Yan working on m17nlib LE. 
We may not meet the API/ABI freeze date(But adding m17nLE won't affect
to API/ABI), but we have an owner on m17nlib LE part.
(As you know, m17nlib consists of not only the input method engines)

So, probably we should divide m17nlib support into two:
 - m17nlib LE	       [eyan (Ervin Yan)]
 - m17nlib adaptation
