[openi18n-im:01274] Need volunteers to build IIIMF packages on different distros

Hi:

To have more people to use and test IIIMF on different Linux distros, we
need some volunteers to do the following things:
1. setup building repository in trunk.
2. build packages on different distros.
3. release the packages on openi18n website.

The target distros include:
1. SuSE 9.2
2. Debian
3. Mandrake
4. Fedora Core
5. Redflag
