the spec file for FC is available on the Fedora Project CVS
Repository[1]. IMHO having the duplicated repositories isn't
a good idea and the openi18n repository for FC will be
obsoletes and be really unusable then since we are basically
working on our repository. so we can just mention it how to
get the spec file and build it in README or so as needed.
