Fedora Core At least for Fedora Core we try to follow try to follow trunk head fairly closely when we can (ie when not too close to release time) but having nightly builds available for people who want to test the bleeding edge might be nice: however there is also the issue as Leon mentioned on irc I think of how to incorporate the patch sets of the individual distros, since often patches come into conflict with head.
