[openi18n-im:01292] switching b/w language engines

Hello,

    I have one suggestion for IIim. There should also be a feature for
switching the IM languages in the bcakward direction .

Now when we press F4 the Language Engine is changing in the forward
direction. If we have 15 languages, pressing F4 will change the language one
by one in the forward direction.  For eg., if I want the 3rd
language(Engine) and unknowingly get in to 4th one, then I have to press F4
14 times to get in to the 3rd one.
So, I think it will be better if you provide one more option to switch the
IM languages  in the backward direction also.
