Hi all,

I've committed the changes for path name changes in r12.2 into
the trunk.  iiimsf, iiimxcf, iiimgcf, and LEs (sample*, canna,
freewnn) are modified, but other LEs and docs are not yet.

I've build binaries and touch-tested them with atok12 on Solaris
10 SPARC successfully (without AUX).  I've also build binaries
on Sun Java Desktop System (Linux) successfully, but not tested
them yet.

Please let me know any problem caused by the changes.
