[openi18n-im:01309] IIIMCF on console ( Iterm )

Hallo:
    I spent some time on adding IIIMCF support on the iterm, 
        which is a good unicode console.
    I have got some progress, here is the screenshot:

    The current patch is still dirty. I need to sort it out, and try
to submit into the Repository. If you do not mind how dirty it is, you
can grab it in:
