[openi18n-im:01316] Early reminder: Upcoming code freeze and testing

Hi contributors,

Just a gentle reminder on the r12.2 code freeze is on the end of this month - 
22nd April 2005. 

Lawrence volunteered to have a interim QA report on the snapshot and bug 
submission for this round.

If you like to get your code smoke-tested, please commit the code early next 
week.
