[openi18n-im:01328] Upcoming code freeze

Hi contributors,

A reminder on the upcoming freezes:
Code Freeze      22 April 2005
QA Period Ends   27 April 2005
Release          29 April 2005

San Fransisco 06:00
New York 09:00
Pune 07:30
Beijing 22:00
Tokyo 23:00
Brisbane 00:00 (+1day)

After this time. The trunk will be frozen and branched off. Any critical bugs 
in QA period will be committed into that branch. Finally release engineer 
will tag the code as r12_2 tag after QA sign off.

Code in trunk will not be used for r12.2 after it is branched off. Let me know 
if you have any questions regarding this approach.
