[openi18n-im:01331] xomCTL

Sorry for wrong ML, but somehow I cannot post to [email protected],
and openi18n-ctl is not for Complex Text Language, but Control.

Can someone who has an access to openi18n.org's download site and knows
where xomCTL tarball is stored, please help replace the current tarball
with an attached one?

This is to exclude an unnecessary C source module omCTL.c which was
included by incident and happened to contain wrong copyright information.
