[openi18n-im:01349] Wiki module is setup on openi18n.org's postnuke CMS

Thanks to Paul on spending time fixing the postnuke system and setting up Wiki 
module - we now have Wiki area for OpenI18N IM sub-group:
http://www.openi18n.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=pnewiki&file=index&wikipage=InputMethods

Please get use of the space and post any ideas, scratches, information for 
developers, information for users - any dynamic information.

Everyone can able to edit it and contribute. There is no mean to use it as 
"the" central place for storing information, but just a media to getting info 
and ideas from mind to share with other people quickly.

Please test around and let me or Paul know if any problem arise.
