[openi18n-im:01353] input needed for 12.2 Releases Notes

Hi,

I think it would be good to have some official release
notes to accompany the release of 12.2.

For this purpose I have opened a wiki page:

since it is now available so that all interested
can lend a hand to make a decent document representive
of all the work that has gone into the coming release.

If you don't want to use the wiki, you can also post it
here or send it directly to me and I will do my best to
include it.

ps I'll probably be releasing a RC tarball soon in the next
day or so with fixes that have been committed to branches/r12_2
so far.

pps Also please take a look at the open bugs on the mantis tracker
and see if you're able to lend a hand with any bug fixing
to make 12.2 a better release. :)
