First, as we discussed in the debrief meeting, we may need improve on areas 
like web content, community engaging and QA/rel-eng front, as I want to call 
for participate on the following areas:

 - feature/schedule tracker         - Leon
 - release engineering              - Jens / [contributors?]
 - QA                               - Lawrence / [contributors?]
 - Community engagement organizer   - [contributors?]
