[openi18n-im:01368] r12.4 Feature and its theme Discussion

Hi contributors,

I have moved forward the slipped features from r12.2 to r12.4 feature draft:

Please feel free to edit or add in anything that you think is important for 
users on r12.4 and we can start any discussion on that.

Another thing that may help us align our features for user requirements is to 
setup a theme for r12.4. Let me start by saying:
  "To focus on usability and stability for users"

Usability may include:
  - GUI (more easy to access and configure)
  - Enable user custom data for LE
  - Documentations

Let our feature discussion begin :)
