New: gettext-tools-0.20-rc1 (10%, 598 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Norwegian Nynorsk team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 91 messages are already translated, corresponding to 10%
of the original text size in bytes; 598 messages still need some work.
