nordsamiskomsettinga

regelmessig har sendt inn oppdateringar av omsettingsfilene (fletting 
med dei nyaste malfiler).

not made any commit to 
stable branch since january of this year.

The teams i've changed to inactive are the following ones:

 zh_HK

If you feel any of the changes is incorrect please change it yourself if you 
have access to the web interface of l10n.kde.org or tell me and i'll change it 
back.

On the other hand if you as formed coordinator of a team think i should mark a 
team as inactive when it's not marked as such please also do tell
