Yes, I can agree on that.

MP3 Tag Studio is definitely the best tool I have ever seen
for renaming and reorganizing mp3 filess. I have looked up 
about 10 programs for a press review.

And for the ipod... By far the best tool you can get for windows 
is Ephpod. Here I have looked up about 5 solutions for windows.
Not even one came close to Ephpod. Not even close.
