OK now its happing with all my songs ... even mp3s :( I turned off the "Delete songs on iPod not in Sync Dirs" since I'm want to use my iPod on 2 computers soon. I then deleted all the songs on my iPod (with ephpod) then synced. It copied all my songs over fine. Then I hit "save changes" then I re-synced and it copied over all my songs again :( It actually created 2 copies of every file on the iPod so now.
