I like this idea very much, Two seperate apps one for
backing up and ipod, the other for just uploading MP3's
and deleting.

I'd like an app that allowed me to tag the artists I
like and extract that info into some sort of database
or compressed file and allow me to upload this info
onto a entirely new iPod. (great for all those people
upgrading to a newer iPod or to upload their setup to a
friend's new ipod)

The rest of your email sounds great to me!, Does the
current version of EphPod allow me to load WMA files to
my iPod?, If not are there plans to add this?
