Try Ephpod's "Rebuild DB from iPod" feature.  You may have lost all your
playlists, however.

Hello,

my wife uses ephpod, I've been using itunes for music on the computer (only
she has an iPod).

She just connected her ipod while itunes was open and she lost all the data
on the ipod.  is there any way to reclaim this?  the mp3 files are still on
our hard drive, but all the labeling that she did (classical music) is gone,
and the prospect of redoing it is daunting.

Any suggestions?
